Description Dr. Marah C. Hehemann, MD is a fellowship-trained surgeon, researcher, educator, and patient advocate who specializes in men's health and general urology. Her clinical focus includes advanced erectile dysfunction, Peyronie's disease, male infertility, male stress urinary incontinence, and helping cancer survivors. She has significant experience performing prosthetic surgeries to restore male sexual function and urinary control, including penile implants and incontinence procedures. She also performs complex microsurgeries to help men who are having difficulty with fertility.
Dr. Hehemann believes in providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a comfortable setting where patients feel safe discussing sensitive issues like sexual dysfunction caused by cancer or other chronic conditions, or challenges with starting a family. She is committed to understanding each patient's personal goals before creating a treatment plan that will truly meet their individual needs.
Dr. Hehemann is an Associate Professor WOT in the Department of Urology at UW School of Medicine. She has presented her award-winning research on male sexual health, urologic prosthetics, and male infertility at several international medical conferences. She is an active member of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America and the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction, and serves on the Editorial Board of the Video Journal of Prosthetic Urology.
